Kanadevia Inova are recruiting an Administrator to start as soon as possible working in our People & Culture (HR) Team.
The position is based from our Farnborough office on a full time basis Monday to Friday on a *smart working basis.
*The required office working days are; Monday Tuesday and Thursday with Wednesday and Friday working from home.
Role and Responsibilities
- Day to day you will support on all HR administrative correspondence and communications between the HR department and employees to enhance the HR lifecycle process and the flow of information between the HR department and employees.
- Provides administrative support to the HR team and wider business including the preparation of personnel letters and contracts to staff and relevant authorities as required.
- Advise the HR Managers and other management as appropriate on the settlement and administration of minor problems.
- Ensure records are complete and maintained for all new starters and finishers and keep employee files up to date on a daily basis.
Qualifications :
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
- Strong communicator and managing workloads
- Excellent command of English other languages an advantage
- HR Administration and support experience perhaps contracts of employment (desirable but not essential).
