Shared Services Coordinator People Culture & Engagement

  • Full time 12 month fixed term role
  • Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working
  • Competitive salary $80000 base plus superannuation

About the role

The Shared Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to the People Culture and Engagement (PC&E) Shared Services team. This team supports the entire organisation through recruitment coordination HR systems and policy and procedure advice.

In addition to core administrative responsibilities you will contribute to operational and project-based initiatives that improve the employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding ensuring alignment with the TACs strategic goals and commitment to continuous improvement.

This dynamic position offers a varied scope of work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same offering the opportunity to learn grow and make a meaningful impact.

About the Team

You will join the Shared Services team who form part of the People Experience branch and wider People Culture & Engagement division who are committed to enabling a high-performance culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional results for our clients and community.

You will be a part of a high-performing vibrant and energetic team of seven dedicated to consistently delivering positive employee and candidate experiences. Led by the Manager Shared Services you will be supported to take ownership of your work and contribute your strengths in a transparent and collaborative environment.
