Job Description:
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing all aspects of events. This includes working with clients to determine event goals timelines and budgets managing vendors ensuring logistics are handled smoothly and making sure each event meets or exceeds expectations. The role requires excellent organizational skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute events from start to finish including site selection vendor coordination and logistical management.
Collaborate with clients to understand event needs and develop customized event plans.
Ensure events are within budget and meet client expectations.
Coordinate all event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain communication with clients before during and after events to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
Manage eventrelated documentation including contracts invoices and reports.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Planning Hospitality Communications or related field.
2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
