Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Team Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our IT technical team while providing administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager. The role involves task coordination project monitoring vendor management compliance tracking and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Team Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between the technical team management and clients to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assign tasks track progress and ensure timely completion of IT support and infrastructure projects.

  • Monitor technical support tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.

  • Generate daily weekly and monthly project reports.

Project & Work Monitoring

  • Take ownership of IT infrastructure and service projects to ensure successful execution.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for project deliverables technical issues and resolutions.

Vendor & Subscription Management

  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Client Service Request Management

  • Handle and prioritize client service requests ensuring timely resolution.

  • Maintain records of client interactions escalations and resolution timelines.

  • Provide periodic updates to clients regarding their service requests.

Administrative Support to SDM

  • Assist the SDM with daily administrative and operational tasks including meetings and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Must Have:

  • Experience in Service Desk operations with a good understanding of IT support and technical coordination.

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and related terminology.

  • Experience in managing IT support teams and coordinating technical projects.

  • Excellent organizational problem-solving communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and project management tools.

  • Proficiency in documentation reporting and administrative support.
