Job Description
Were looking for passionate and servicedriven individuals to join our Beauty Team as Casual Sales Assistants in our brandnew Dundee store.
This is a customerfocused role where youll deliver an exceptional shopping experience through personalised onetoone service. Whether helping a customer find the perfect skincare routine introducing the latest fragrance launches or styling a complete beauty look youll inspire through your product knowledge and love of all things beauty.
Youll be flexible proactive and ready to jump into different areas of the store when needed to support wider team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a welcoming first point of contact for customers
- Recognise and assist at nearby tills when required
- Deliver a worldclass customer experience that sets Frasers apart
- Actively listen to customer needs and give personalised product recommendations
- Bring enthusiasm for multichannel services to build loyalty and drive sales
- Handle queries confidently both in person and over the phone
- Keep beauty areas replenished and wellpresented maintaining excellent backofhouse standards
- Present yourself in line with Frasers premium and polished image
- Get involved in instore beauty events offering feedback and ideas
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and display creativity in product presentation
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in a customerfacing or beauty retail environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for beauty skincare or fragrance
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- A flexible and positive approach to teamwork
