Qualifications :

But lets talk about you You are a specialist highly skilled in your field and full of ambition. You know how to create the perfect match between the candidate Lely and the vacancy. You take ownership of the recruitment process from the very beginning and see it through until the offer is accepted. You act as a true business partner to the hiring manager scheduling regular updates and staying closely involved throughout.

Youre a strong advocate of employee advocacy and actively embody this principle yourself. You have access to a wide range of expertise within the team including a sourcer employer branding specialist recruitment marketer and other HR professionals. Additionally youll have tools such as a LinkedIn Recruiter Seat unlimited job slots multiple job boards and professional photo and video materials at your disposal. Missing something Let us know! Furthermore:

• At least 3 years of experience as a (agency or inhouse) recruiter
• A minimum of a bachelors degree (HBO level)
• You are currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit and you are fluent in English (spoken and written).
