Reporting to the Office Manager you will provide support in the administrative management and smooth running of the office within our company which employs around 70 people in France.
Main tasks:
- Office Management 50 of working time)
- Helping to welcome visitors and new employees (physical and telephone reception taking and passing on messages preparing and passing on access and equipment to new employees etc.
- Helping to manage equipment and supplies stocks (inventory/preparation/retrieval of equipment for employees)
- Helping to place orders
- Managing the receipt and dispatch of mail
- Managing the receipt and dispatch of parcels
- Providing logistical and administrative support in the management of the office: events or training courses contacts with service providers and checking services (cleaning company florist factotum) etc.
- Accounting 50 of working time)
- Entering invoices and expense claims and ensuring that they are validated internally if necessary
Qualifications :
- You are preparing a BTS or DUT in administrative management or managerial support
- You have a good knowledge of the Pack Office
- Given the Groups international dimension a good level of English is desirable
- Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) would be appreciated.
