Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls taking messages as necessary.
Manage the scheduling of appointments and conference rooms.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
Perform general office duties including filing photocopying and data entry.
Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Collaborate with various departments to support office initiatives.
Record Keeping:
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as required.
Qualifications:
35 years of experience in a receptionist or office administration role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
