As a Sourcing Production Manager on our home sourcing team you will manage all phases of the production process from our manufacturers and costing through adherence to the timing and action calendars.
The Opportunity
You will lead the of all phases in the production process and reports to the Director of Sourcing for home and apparel.
- Manage the integrated calendar and assure all milestone events are completed
- Maintain vendor relations and strategic vendor partnerships with factories and raw material suppliers
- Manage costing negotiations to achieve unit goals
- Support sustainability goals
- Work with quality assurance team on process improvement with vendors and factories
Our office is in Exeter New Hampshire with the Production Manager position available for hybrid work from the following states: New Hampshire Massachusetts Maine and Vermont

Your Impact
- Work with Inventory Management to ensure adherence to strategic sourcing and
- Direct cost strategy with vendors and costing team
- Manage communications between vendors factories distribution centers quality assurance and technical design teams
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in related field or related work experience
- 5 years progressive experience in production management
- Experience in apparel or home soft goods within a retail environment
- Technical experience working within costing and PLM systems
