Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Contract Details: Fulltime Professional Services Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Appointment Setter. In this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and setting appointments for our client. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients satisfaction and making sure they show up for their appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our clients products and services

Schedule appointments for the dentist offices in California using our appointment setting software

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries and setting appointments

Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:

12 years of experience in a customer service or sales role and appointment setter. Previous experience working in a dentists office is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Previous experience with appointment setting software is a plus

5. Must have a LAN Cable connection

Schedule: Monday to Friday and alternating Saturday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Pacific time (California Time)
