Medical Director ClinicBased Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to provide clinical and administrative leadership within a wellestablished outpatient clinic in Oroville CA. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to shape the future of patient care support a team of 13 providers and drive operational excellence.
Position Highlights:
- 60 administrative 40 clinical balance between leadership and patient care
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team of clinicians ensuring quality outcomes and operational efficiency
- See at least 6 patients per day across all age groups
- Enforce EMR documentation standards ensuring notes are completed within 48 hours
- Promote and implement technology adoption within the health system
- Pathway to CMO: The ideal candidate will have the potential to transition into the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role overseeing additional medical directors
Clinic & Support Structure:
- Onsite services: Lab Xray and Pharmacy
- Electronic Medical Records: NextGen
- Flexible schedule: Monday Friday 40 hours (option for 4x10hour shifts)
Qualifications:
- Boardcertified/boardeligible in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
- California medical license or willingness to obtain (can begin employment while in process)
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching clinicians
- Commitment to quality improvement and operational efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $166$200/hr $344K$411K annually)
