Job Description

PRADCO Outdoor Brands (PRADCO) manufactures and markets major hunting and fishing brands and products. We are a leader in producing game calls scents attractants game feeders game cameras tree stands and fishing lures. PRADCO Hunting owns the brands Moultrie Summit Knight & Hale Code Blue Texas Hunter Products and Whitetail Institute. Implements employee engagement programs to facilitate a healthy and productive work environment and attract and retain employees for an organization. Provides necessary documents to communicate company policies or programs focused on worklife child care fitness discounts remote working education training and others to provide options that engage employees. Gathers and records data on program utilization employee feedback competitiveness and workforce productivity to ensure that a costeffective mix of programs is offered. Collaborates with management to assist with the selection and design of programs and provides insight on areas that offerings can improve. Directs employees to education materials to help resolve questions about company programs or resources and elevates complex inquiries to management as necessary. Typically requires a bachelors degree. Typically reports to a manager.P02Intermediate : Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 24 years of related experience.
