Job Functions:
- Clean packaging lines and machines according to the SOPs pertaining to the cleaning of packaging line equipment. Record machine cleanings in cleaning charts signs or on designated areas of the bill of materials.
- Setup packaging lines and equipment according to supervisors instructions and the bill of materials. Record the setup information on designated areas of the bill of materials.
- Run and monitor packaging line for proper operation (start up and shut down counts cotton labels codes seals and pack out)
- Record downtime information and notify supervisor.
- Make sure product meets LNKs acceptance criteria (labels codes counts seals and pack out)
- Maintain a neat and clean working environment.
- Follow and understand all SOPs listed in the Packaging Line Personnel job curriculum.
- Minimum Education or Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
