Are you an experienced Geography Teacher ready to take on a leadership role in a highachieving inclusive school
We are seeking a Head of Geography to lead curriculum development inspire students and support a team of teachers in delivering outstanding geography education.

The Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Geography curriculum across KS35 in a wellresourced department.
- Support and mentor Geography teachers ensuring highquality teaching and learning.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Organise and oversee field trips and extracurricular geography activities.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement within the department.
- Contribute to wholeschool initiatives pastoral responsibilities and enrichment opportunities.

Requirements:
- QTS (or equivalent) and a degree in Geography or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Geography across KS35 with a track record of strong student outcomes.
- Previous leadership experience or the ability to take on departmental responsibilities.
- Strong curriculum knowledge and an innovative approach to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills.
