Role Overview
Responsible for driving revenue growth managing a field sales team of 40 50 professionals
(directly and indirectly) and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires leading the
execution of sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and collaborating across
departments to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely and effective execution of field sales
operations maintaining productivity under pressure.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement city-level sales strategies to
generate a robust sales funnel.
Market Insights: Utilize deep knowledge of the local market to uncover and act on
growth opportunities.
Data-Driven Performance: Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and
drive continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on new sales channels and revenue
opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations marketing and
customer support to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in leading large teams (40 50) with a focus on motivation and
performance.
Ability to manage high-pressure sales environments effectively.
Expertise in formulating and executing sales strategies aligned with business
objectives.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Proficiency in using data to assess performance and guide strategic decisions.
Focus on operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
MBA from a Business school or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in field sales or sales management including team
leadership and funnel creation.
Experience across multiple sales channels is highly preferred.
