Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end accounts function including accounting finalization monthly/yearly closing and compliance. Handle Direct & Indirect Taxes including GST filings TDS Income Tax and regular statutory compliances. Supervise and control Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely vendor and customer reconciliations. Oversee banking fund flow management and cash flow planning. Ensure timely submission of financial reports balance sheets and MIS to management. Proactively manage vendor payments credit control and receivables follow-up. Coordinate with external auditors consultants and government authorities for statutory audits and returns. Strong knowledge of costing inventory accounting and garment manufacturing-specific finance workflows. Lead a team of accountants and provide daily guidance and performance monitoring. Handle ERP Logic/Genesis system operations for real-time and accurate financial reporting (mandatory experience).

CA Inter / / MBA Finance / Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with mandatory experience in garment/apparel/textile manufacturing. Mandatory experience using Logic ERP or Genesis software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles Indian taxation and financial analysis. Proficient in ERP systems and financial documentation. Strong leadership analytical and interpersonal skills.
