You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA Commercial Bank is currently hiring for a Head Voice Video Contact Center & Wireless Services who will be responsibe for ensuring short and long term strategic plans to ensure network infrastructure meet existing and future business requirments.
Implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure WLAN and LAN infrastructure capacity meets existing and future business requirements.
Support setup and configure switching wireless networks routing and security multi-server environments.
Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining WLAN and LAN network and telecommunication systems.
Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
Responding to inquiries from staff administrators service providers site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support.
Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
Responsible for updating/maintenance of business security and auditing requirements.
Prepare reports and other documentation for Network Services Support and associated efforts.
Implement and maintain policies procedures and associated reports
Monitor and analyze network performance across the
organization s voice Video LANs WLANs and Contact Center deployments.
Ensure the secure/stable operation and efficient performance of company networks
Monitor system capacity to determine its affect on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing network demands.
Install and configure all network hardware and equipment including routers switches hubs and so on.
Test network/server performance and provide network/server performance statistics and reports;
Proper update of IT asset documents including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation
Adhere to change policies and all IT Operations process/procedures and Configuration items
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Network Availability & Performance Monitoring
Plan Design build and implement Voice Video LAN and WLAN network systems across the enterprise. This includes planning developing installing configuring maintaining
supporting and optimizing all Voice Video LAN and
WLAN network connections. Optimizing all Call Center application and Telephony systems including but not limited to internet based services corporate servers associated
software for Voice Video LAN and WLAN service.
Also schedule and direct the activities of a team of network specialists to resolve end user hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion
To manage business continuity and disaster recovery operations and ensure there is 99.99% service Availability and zero data loss in the event of disaster events.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WLAN architecture protocols and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs VPN).
Hands-on experience with enterprise network hardware (Cisco Aruba Juniper etc.).
Experience with VoIP Video Conferencing and Contact Center systems.
Solid understanding of security principles firewalls and access controls.
Industry certifications such as CCNA CCNP CWNA or equivalent.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds Wireshark Nagios etc.).
Experience managing multi-site or large-scale network environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage time and priorities under pressure.
Team player with leadership capabilities when managing teams or projects.
