About the role:
- Advise on investment services capital markets joint ventures mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate insolvency and reconstructions
- Assist with due diligence negotiations and deal structuring for highprofile clients.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance regulatory issues and compliance.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years PQE coming out of a recognised corporate team or firm.
- A current practicing certificate and a relevant law degree coupled with strong academics.
- Strong commercial acumen with strong drafting negotiation and advisory skills.
