Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate sales service and back-office teams across multiple outlets.
Sales Growth: Drive monthly and annual sales targets for 2-wheelers and accessories.
Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of service quality customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day functioning of all departments sales service spares and CRM.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor KPIs prepare MIS reports and strategize for revenue and performance improvement.
Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers and resolve escalated grievances efficiently.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity and morale.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 8 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in the 2-wheeler automobile sector.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of automobile dealership operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Result-oriented energetic and driven by targets and customer satisfaction.
Proficient in MS Office DMS/ERP systems and data analysis tools
