Position Description:
Accountabilities
Collaborate extensively with business teams regional users IT teams and local teams to gather and document comprehensive business needs objectives and requirements.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with business users and IT teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Develop detailed use cases workflows and technical/architectural overview to support the implementation of technology solutions.
Work closely with crossfunctional team members to ensure successful project outcomes and goal achievement.
*Translate business requirements into detailed epics and user stories providing support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Play a proactive role in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Skills
1. SQL and Database Management
SQL Proficiency: BPiUyto write and complex SQL to retrieve data.

Programming and Scripting
