Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a HubSpot Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for our key clients utilizing HubSpot you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing these relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpots functionalities excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to drive client success and satisfaction.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients utilizing HubSpot. 

  • Understand clients business goals challenges and objectives to align HubSpot solutions accordingly.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all communication between the company and the key clients.

  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of HubSpots features tools and capabilities.

  • Provide guidance to clients on maximizing the value of HubSpot for their specific business needs.

  • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot updates and industry best practices.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure client retention and growth.

  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business from existing clients.

  • Offer ongoing support to address any issues questions or concerns raised by clients.

  • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve technical challenges promptly.

  • Monitor and analyze clients usage and performance metrics within HubSpot.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the impact of HubSpot on their business.

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar clientfacing role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in working with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.


Additional Information :

  • Knowledge of project management tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM software.

  • Good communication skills

  • Remote work setup; availability during standard business hours may be required.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
