Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in the Jabodetabek region. You will support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple business products. You will help ensure a smooth of marketing programs. If youre ready to take on a challenge and make an impact wed love to hear from you! You will report to the Marketing Manager and you will be based fully onsite in our Jakarta office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products using insights and demographics specific to the Jabodetabek region.
- Help implement marketing campaigns from planning to postcampaign analysis ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and crossfunctional teams including the Marketing partnership team Strategy and Planning team and the Commercial team to manage partnerfacing initiatives and work with stakeholders from other verticals.
- Gather and analyze marketing insights and data analytics for both existing and potential Grab users to support decisionmaking.
- Help oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects and timelines across all verticals.
- Help manage the marketing budget for Jabodetabek ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Help handle various marketing channels including inapp communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Contribute to team development and performance by providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Marketing (Brand and Product Management Advertising Research or Creative) with a ability to support integrated strategy development and help manage campaigns.
- You have knowledge of the market and have experience gathering consumer insights within the region.
- You are driven and eager to embrace challenges.
- You can think outside of the box and able to help develop innovative marketing ideas through multiple channels.
- You have an eye for detail and able to help maintain the quality of all marketing materials and communications and support budget management.
- You can articulate your thoughts in structured manner and deliver it different counterparts.
- You can collaborate well within a team organize tasks prioritize and support scheduling assignments. You inspire and aspire to embody Passion Integrity and Energy!
