Job Description
We are seeking a motivated professional to drive the marketing and promotion of agricultural derivatives including options and OTC products tied to cash contract commodities such as soy corn cotton coffee sugar and also FX NDF. This role focuses on educating suppliers/clients/internal customers developing tailored risk management strategies and expanding market reach in Brazils dynamic agricultural sector aiming at leveraging origination volumes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote agricultural commodities derivatives;
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape;
- Create and manage marketing campaigns together with the commercial teams;
- Conduct workshops seminars and oneonone consultations to educate farmers cooperatives clients and internal customers on hedging strategies and derivative instruments;
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement;
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures presentations and reports;
- Partner with traders analysts compliance legal tax and backoffice teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings regulatory standards and internal systems conciliation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Finance Economics Engineering or a related field;
- Experience in derivatives marketing commodity trading or agricultural risk management;
- Strong understanding of agricultural commodities derivatives and market dynamics;
- Fluent in English.
