Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS)Development Disabilities Administration(DDA) is looking to hire an Attendant Counselor Manager to join the State Operated Living Alternatives (SOLA) team in Shoreline Washington.
Youll work in an office setting and in client homes where youll supervise Attendant Counselor 2s ensuring that clients are provided the daily direct support to promote habilitation health safety protection and quality of life in their homes and in the community.
The working hours are Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. with occasional work outside of this schedule.
Opportunities performed onsite at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5 premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. King County employees receive 5 premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and are eligible to receive a free ORCA card for transportation use.

Who should apply
Those with high school graduation or GED and four years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
Or
High school graduation or GED and four years of experience as an Attendant Counselor 1 equivalent or higherlevel state class.
Or
Meets professional qualifications for Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) and one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities. A QIDP is an individual who holds at least a Bachelors degree in any of the following:
