The Manager Business Quality will lead a highperforming team responsible for endtoend audit operations across Amazons international marketplaces. This role involves designing and implementing quality frameworks establishing audit methodologies and ensuring compliance with standards. Youll manage performance against quality metrics influencing stakeholders to drive process excellence. As the primary quality advocate for Amazons price competitiveness worldwide you must excel at analyzing trends identifying systemic issues and implementing preventive measures. The role requires partnering with automation and technology teams to build scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity and system security. Youll identify and develop team members strengths contribute to succession planning and drive deepdive analyses to create actionable insights from audit findings. The ideal candidate understands Amazons core business values and can build sustainable quality assurance programs.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for meeting operational and business goals through datadriven analysis technology solutions and process improvements
Drives and prioritizes work allocation and metrics at process level
Manages complex escalations and nonstandard tasks resolution
Manages stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business regarding operational milestones metrics and process changes
Owns development and delivery of operational reporting to senior management (including external/internal communications reports and presentations)
Ensures high quality standards for interviewing and hiring applying appropriate performance and leadership bars
Executes people programs focused on coaching development and team engagement
Acts as primary subject matter expert for process issues and technical coaching
Develops and delivers functional training content for new hires
Participates in new process onboarding with complete documentation (SOPs etc.
2 years of program or project management experience
2 years of team management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications especially MS Excel Word & PowerPoint at an advanced level
Experience leading process improvements
Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL MYSQL and ETL Manager and working with large data sets
Knowledge of Lean Kaizen Six Sigma concepts
Experience in managing critical operational processes with SLA responsibility
