Job Description

Project/Position Introduction

Responsibilities

You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.

  • Support referrals and their transition into the Program
  • Conduct Support sessions and assist students to meet their goals

The Opportunity:

  • Actively support referrals into the SEE program
  • Conduct sessions to establish goals and provide support
  • Build trust and rapport with students attending the program

About you:

  • Ability to work with diverse participants
  • Be a driven supportive and community minded person working with learners and in some regions nonEnglish speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
  • Excellent administration skills to manage student records
