This is a remote position.
Must have at least 12 years relevant experience in VAAdministrative support preferably from a LEGAL FIRM.
Experience is using LEAP software is a MUST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to details
Highly organized with good attention to detail
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
Savvy on social media
Good report writing skills
Background on minute taking
Admin tasks like email and calendar management
Data entry
File Management
Draft documents
Do legal research
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Answers emails in a timely manner
Prepare communications such as memos emails invoices reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Post content on social media
Respond to service enquiries and requests on Social Media
Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders services users families staff and advocates
