We re looking for a sharp strategic and creativelydriven Manager Brand Solutions to join our fastpaced agency team. In this role you ll drive endtoend campaign ideation conceptualization and solutioning across digital media content and branded experiences. You ll be the brains behind winning pitch decks the bridge between brands and creative and a key player in building innovative narratives that work across formats from reels and podcasts to display influencerled and platform innovations.

Requirements

3 4 years of experience in brand solutions creative strategy or content marketing at a digital agency media house or creative studio.
Exceptional at campaign ideation someone who can turn an insight into a scrollstopping concept.
A solid understanding of content formats digital marketing platforms and brand storytelling.
Highly confident in building decks writing content ideas and presenting to clients.
Able to juggle multiple briefs think fast and ideate smartly under tight timelines.
A collaborator who works well across teams and brings energy curiosity and passion to the table.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry] and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients. Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
