Business Development Manager
Based in Klang Valley Specialist Construction Services Full-Time
Job Summary
Were looking for a results-driven BD professional with strong construction or engineering know-how to grow revenue across high-value concrete solutions! Ranging from scanning and robotic demolition to structural strengthening and rectification. You ll lead deal strategy tendering and client engagement especially with main contractors while mentoring a small team and shaping future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue by winning tenders and closing deals with key clients
Lead pricing strategy and guide projects from pitch to purchase order
Build and maintain long-term relationships beyond handover
Collaborate with leadership to shape BD direction and market strategy
Mentor junior team members into proactive high-performing BD talent
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
Minimum 7 years in business development sales or tendering within construction
Strong tender success record with main contractors
Strong existing network with main contractors and relevant construction clients
Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
Comfortable leading deals from end-to-end including pricing and execution
