Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking two FullTime ERP Data Maintenance Specialists to support our operational needs in ERP data management and maintenance. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and a solid understanding of business processes especially in logistics to interact effectively with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for ERP data maintenance with a focus on accuracy and integrity particularly in logistics processes such as Inbound and Outbound operations.
- Liaise fluently in German with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for efficient data validation and clarification.
- Engage in the validation recreation and submission of Purchase Orders (PO) and Transfer Orders (TO) utilizing this involvement to understand contextualize and swiftly resolve issues.
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize and refine ERPrelated processes.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- A degree in Business Administration Information Technology Logistics or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience or strong willingness to learn ERP systems.
Hard Skills:
- Advanced skills in Excel including proficiency in Pivot Tables and data analysis techniques.
- Fluent in English with strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication.
- Competence in basic data analysis and reporting.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
- Independent work ethic with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies.
Additional Notes:
- Specific training on the ERP system will be provided.
- The role may require flexibility in hours to accommodate different time zones or urgent project requirements.
