Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedScrum Masterto join our team on a6month contract(with potential for extension). The successful candidate will guide and coach teams in Agile methodologies ensure smooth project and foster a collaborative environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques (backlog refinement user stories DoD etc.
- Familiarity with software development (C# C SQL advantageous but not essential)
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban SAFe etc.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM or equivalent)
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational and conflictresolution abilities
- Managerial experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints standups retrospectives)
- Coach teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and frameworks
- Act as a liaison between teams product owners and stakeholders
- Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to ensure project success
- Ensure highquality deliverables at the end of each sprint
- Promote continuous improvement and Scrum maturity
- Foster a productive ownershipdriven team culture.
