So this role is responsible of making sure that the is in accordance with the agreed plans and when not engaging with local teams to correct the course.
Perform daily checks and inspections of various areas within the application to ensure functionality optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
Ensure that all campaigns are running smoothly and correctly within the application verifying that features promotions and offers are being displayed as intended to users.
Identify and develop new areas within the application that can capture users attention boost interaction and enhance the overall user experience.
Regularly monitor the competitive landscape in each country analyzing competitor applications to stay informed about trends features and potential improvements
Perform daily checks on all visual content (images graphics banners etc. within the application to ensure they are uptodate correctly displayed and aligned with the brands standards.
Quickly identify any bugs glitches or inconsistencies within the app and escalate them to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure the timely implementation of necessary improvements or fixes.
