We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our growing Professional Services customer acquisition team!
As a Services Sales Manager you will partner with product Account Executives to prospect for and acquire new customers with the Services messaging/value as core to the offering to drive higher Services attach rates. Furthermore you will partner with Account Managers/Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for existing customers to ensure a successful longterm journey with Freshworks.
You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting cultivating setting appointments and managing leads. You will obtain critical information about new customer opportunities and schedule appointments and provide follow up activities.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of sales measures to achieve defined services sales targets
- Independent construction development and management of your own sales pipeline for services
- Primary duties include outbound calling email and text communication and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
- Manage cultivation of opportunities from existing customer base to convert leads to won deals
- Continuous exchange with other areas such as Sales Presales Partner Alliances and Marketing with regard to the conception planning and implementation of campaigns as well as to improve all internal and external operating procedures and customer processes
- Regular forecasting and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders
- Maintain current customer relationships and identify areas for potential customers
- Travel to onsite customer appointments events trade fairs etc.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
- Strong understanding and research of inhouse products and services as well as business position relevant industry trends and competition to expand business and keep it competitive.
Qualifications :
- 710 years in relevant professional services sales experience with an existing contact network in the SaaS area (customer service systems service desk solutions CRM ITSM)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently carry and exceed sales quota
- Excellent organizational time management and followup skills
- Dynamic articulate and wellspoken can build rapport with customers
- An entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with aboveaverage commitment and proven constant success rate in ambitious acquisition of customers
- Extremely strong virtual meeting skills: Ability to set and close business over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Experience selling services around SaaS products
- Great motivation to be successful in a dynamic international work environment
- Possess reasonable technical skills to under the Freshworks platform
- Technically skilled expert in the SaaS area relevant industry trends
- Fluent written and spoken skills in English
Additional Information :
The annual base salary range for this position is $194000 $278760
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location experience jobrelated skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
