Coordinate to define QA/QC objectives/ KPIs and ensure that repair / rework cases are systematically documented investigated root causes analyzed and actioned for close out.
Ensure that document control practices in keeping with project requirements are strictly adhered during project phases.
Quality Records (QR) are generated maintained and produced for verifications during audits project reviews third party assessments etc.
Review bid documentation and provide QHSE inputs for the proposal submission.
Conduct liaise coordinate project and departmental QHSE audits and follow up to complete close out actions.
Provide insights to work groups through subject specific training lessons learned sessions.
Requirements
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelors of Mechanical Engineer or related field.
Professional Experience:
1 Qualified Welding Engineer / Inspector (AWS/CSWIP)
2 ASNT Level II (MP/PT /UT)
3 Internal/ Lead Auditor ISO9001:2015
5 to 8 years combined experience in marine and nonmarine sectors.
Experience with hazardous area classifications and associated electrical installations. Knowledge of electrical maintenance management systems (CMMS). Experience in electrical safety systems, including explosion-proof and intrinsically safe designs. Certification in marine electrical engineering or similar disciplines. Experience with installation and commissioning of electrical systems for oil & gas facilities, FPSOs, LNG plants, or vessels.
