The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers introduce our products or services and generate qualified leads or direct sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a positive attitude and a desire to achieve sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Promote and explain company products or services over the phone in a persuasive and engaging manner.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team or close smallscale sales independently.
Maintain detailed records of calls conversations and customer responses in the CRM system.
Handle inbound inquiries provide information and resolve basic customer questions.
Meet daily weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow scripts and sales processes while maintaining a natural and customerfriendly approach.
Provide feedback on customer trends and campaign performance to team leads.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Business or related field is a plus.
1 2 years of experience in telemarketing telesales or a customerfacing role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
Previous experience in outbound calling or cold calling.
Familiarity with the industry sector (customize as needed).
Multilingual skills are a bonus.
