Responsibilities
- Call and qualify leads from growth associate
- Book and confirm appointments for presentations
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up notes
- Meet calling and appointment targets
Key Competencies & Skills
- Excellent phone communication and professionalism
- Objection handling and persuasive selling
- Consistency and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales Customer Service or Communication
- 1 2 years of outbound calling or call center experience
- Previous work in tele-sales in either travel hospitality insurance real estate or services industries
