Job Description

Profile: Telemarketing Executive

Experience: 1 3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales in a B2B environment.

Salary: Upto 30k

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and scheduling meetings for our field sales team. The role requires fluency in English Gujarati and Hindi with excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to textile companies loom manufacturers and industry prospects.
  • Explain the companys Looms ERP product and services to potential customers.
  • Fix appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
  • Maintain lead databases and follow up regularly for conversions.
  • Understand client needs and share initial product information.
  • Work with CRM systems to track calls leads and conversion status.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.

Daily Calls

Minimum 50 80 calls per day

Qualified Leads Generated

Minimum 10 15 per week

Meetings Scheduled

Minimum 8 10 per week

Lead Follow-ups

100 follow-up on warm leads

Accurate and timely data entry & reports

Conversion Rate Support

Contribute to the sales funnel growth

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1 3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales in a B2B environment.
  • Strong command of Gujarati Hindi and English.
  • Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and tele-sales processes.
  • Positive attitude ability to handle rejections gracefully.
