As we continue to expand were seeking a dynamic results-drivenTelemarketing Sales Managerto build and lead our telemarketing division. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished salesperson and leader who is passionate about sales strategy data-driven performance and motivating teams.



About the Role

As ourTelemarketing Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading training and inspiring a high-performing telemarketing team. You will own the daily operations coach team members to success and build strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with our sales leadership to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals and build a best-in-class telemarketing operation.

Within the first 90 days the Telemarketing Sales Manager is expected to:

  • Build and onboard an initial team of 4-8 reps.

  • Establish KPIs and baseline performance benchmarks (e.g. dials/day conversion rate).

  • Deliver a detailed 6-month growth plan for the telemarketing operation.



Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  • Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Train and coach team members on sales techniques product knowledge and communication strategies.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of accountability high energy and excellence.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to maximize customer engagement lead generation and sales conversions.

  • Partner with sales managers to develop scripts set goals and establish performance targets.

  • Monitor and review calls to provide real-time coaching and enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Leverage sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for growth.

Operational Management

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the telemarketing team including call handling customer communication and record-keeping.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends technology advancements and best practices in call center management.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze team performance using CRM systems and other data platforms providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue metrics.

  • Identify variances and implement strategies to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.



Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a top-performing sales closer in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance sales teams.

  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms).

  • Passionate about data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.

  • Strong leadership communication and motivational skills.

  • A self-starter with a drive to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
