Were looking for a detailoriented and proactive Help Desk Technician who is fluent in Croatian to join our team in Lisbon. In this role youll be the goto person for troubleshooting and supporting users ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Youll be part of a dynamic team that provides topnotch IT support to our internal and external users.

Provide technical support in Croatian (and occasionally in English) via phone email and remote troubleshooting tools
Assist users with hardware software and networkrelated issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems including system errors software bugs and hardware malfunctions
Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (CRM)
Offer training or guidance to endusers on how to use specific tools or solve common issues
Collaborate with internal teams (IT HR Operations) to resolve more complex issues
Maintain inventory of hardware software and other technical resources
Follow best practices for data security privacy and system maintenance
Fluent in Croatian (spoken and written)
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
Previous experience in help desk support or IT support
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Knowledge of Windows macOS and common office software
Experience with network troubleshooting and remote desktop tools
Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues at once
Basic knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk ServiceNow or others)
A team player who can also work independently
