Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate BBA/MBA (Marketing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in marketing branding and digital media.
- Familiarity with ongoing trends in the digital and social media space.
- Creative and outofthebox thinker.
- Ability to take ownership and show initiative in tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience or coursework in marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Support the marketing team in content creation for social media email and other digital platforms.
- Help manage and grow the companys social media presence.
- Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
- Take initiative on miniprojects and propose creative marketing ideas.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
- Stay updated on current marketing and digital trends.
