Job Description
Were looking for a topnotch Art Director. Like someone whos been around the field for at least 4 years and hashandson experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving creative challenges and brings a wealth of experience to a wide range of projects from bigpicture thinking to handson .
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: shape and lead the creative vision across diverse projects from design to communication campaigns from photo shoots to largescale video productions.
- Concept Development: build strong insightdriven concepts that work across formats and channels and elevate the brand in every touchpoint.
- Direction & Supervision: guide the process across visual narrative and production elements. Youre not just directing youre crafting the whole experience.
- Collaboration: work closely with strategists copywriters producers designers and clients to bring ideas to life and keep them sharp relevant and impactful.
- Exploration: push boundaries with new creative formats brand activations and unexpected ideas that break through the noise.
- Stay on top of the game: learn adapt and grow with the industry.
Hard Skills:
- Have 4 years of experience in art direction and are ready to step into a wider creative leadership role.
- Have led or been deeply involved in communication campaigns brand storytelling and creative productions(photo/video shoots OOH branded content etc..
- Strong understanding of design principles your grasp of typography color theory and composition should be second nature.
- Know how to turnstrategy into concept and concept into with attention to both detail and impact.
- Have experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborating with external partners and production crews.
- Feel confidentnavigating 360 campaigns experimenting with nontraditional formats and adapting ideas across touchpoints.
- Highproficiency in design software and tools with the ability to independently create and execute visual concepts.
- Fluency in both English and Ukrainian confident in crafting messages and delivering presentations in both languages.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic yet handson youre just as comfortable on set or in the concept room.
- Communicative inspiring and clear infeedback.
- Obsessed with ideas and how they come to life no matter the medium.
- Always learning always pushing for better.
