Inviting applications for the role of Consultant IT Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
Firstlevel IT support for Client
Troubleshoots client login issues to determine and resolve the reported problem (Account Connectivity and Cisco VPN)
Troubleshoots telephone and VOIP issues
General Windows and Laptop/Computer troubleshooting support of Bitlocker (Reboot Cleanup Drivers)
Active Directory User Management (Creations Terminations Attribute Modifications Group Memberships)
Basic Printer Troubleshooting and coordinate with Vendor for support
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft M365 Products (Outlook Office Teams SharePoint Yammer Planner OneDrive)
Troubleshoots network connectivity issues (WIFI LAN Internet Provider)
Support on computers procurement and invoicing for vendor
Support of meeting room equipment and coordinate with vendor.
Ensure all users are conditional access enabled
Ensure AMP is running on all workstations
Basic troubleshooting of file permissions on local file shares SharePoint and Teams
Excellent service to Client associates
Assist with keeping Windows 10 OS on the latest DS supported patch version
Ensures users with security concerns are addressed in a timely fashion and reports back to the security team the result.
Assist in the creation of the IT Support knowledge base
Analyze/Resolve Global Service Desk Issues
24x7 oncall support as needed
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications:
Experience in IT specifically supporting endusers
Knowledge and skills supporting Active Directory
Knowledge and skills using IT Service Management Tools
Strong troubleshooting skills to triage issues related to applications and hardware
Must be able to engage in problemsolving skills to help identify and solve potential issues
Preferred: Associates degree in Computer Science or similar field
Microsoft M365 applications experience
Familiar with Cisco VPN
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with associates in their native language
Individuals must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and nontechnical individuals.
Individuals must be able to make decisions based on Client International Computer Usage Policy and be able to determine appropriate actions as they apply to the policy.
Must be highly fluent in English additional languages would be highly preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. Indepth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability interpersonal efficiency and positive attitude
