Job Description
Mobile Device Coordinator
The Mobile Device Coordinator accurately and timely provisions and ships devices to members. Includes charging stickering and casing devices along with processing retrievals and shipping chargers.
Responsibilities:
- Provisions devices as needed per member.
- Fulfills orders for new devices retrievals chargers etc.
- Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely.
- Assist with procurement of mobile devices and cases.
- Receiving testing and cleansing of inbound (returned) mobile devices.
- Knowledgeable about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets including the various services provided and how they interact with the CareBridge platform.
- Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience installing configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices and software.
- Previous fulfillment or shipping experience.
- Customer service focused and professional.
- Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.
Preferred:
- General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge.
