Job Description
Location: Marble Hill MO
FullTime: Exempt
Base Pay: $.20/year Rate is determined dependent prior experiences.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a Mental Health Field.
- Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- E.g.: An individual possessing a masters or doctorate degree in counseling and guidance rehabilitation counseling and guidance rehabilitation counseling vocational counseling psychology social work pastoral counseling or family therapy or related field who has successfully completed a practicum or has one 1 year of experience under the supervision of a mental health professional.

- Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Drivers License (Class D for IL Residents) and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must also meet CCCs Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.

The short and sweet:
Responsible for direct clinical admission services; conduct appropriate screenings to coordinate and make appropriate referrals to services both internal and external resources.
What your duties would look like as the Intake Coordinator:
- Perform thorough assessments and complete appropriate screenings and testing along with a DLA20
- Determine and provide internal and external referrals to appropriate programs.
- Evaluate and determine appropriate interventions and referrals to assist consumers.
- Meet with Director and Intake Team to staff cases as needed.
- Schedule therapy appointments intakes treatment and psychiatric appointments for consumers referred to the agency.
- Make followup calls to engage the consumer and facilitate the recovery process.
- Document according to clinical policies and procedures DMH CARF and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

*Upon obtaining full licensure the employee would be required to enter into a twoyear commitment with CCC in order to pay back the time invested into the employee. More details can be given during the interview.
