Job Description
GRAVEYARD PRODUCTION SHIFT FOREMAN $29/HR DOE FULLTIME BROWNSVILLE OR
Looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact Join a growing team in Brownsville OR as a Production Shift Foreman with a wellestablished wood pellet manufacturing company. This is a fulltime overnight position where your leadership and industry experience will help drive production and team success.
This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills a handson mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Youll guide the production crew oversee performance and ensure topquality output while stepping in wherever needed.
JOB DETAILS
Lead coach and manage the graveyard production crew
Monitor shift performance and communicate improvement initiatives
Administer personal development and training programs
Assist in production tasks as needed
Monitor and ensure quality of finished products
Maintain accurate records of production output and logs
Be qualified to step into any production role for absences or vacations
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
35 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing facility
Ability to lead motivate and develop a team
Strong communication and documentation skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Reliable and safetyfocused
Must be comfortable working graveyard hours
SCHEDULE:
Graveyard shift (overnight)
