Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery ensuring high-quality product output and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

Perform routine inspections basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Conduct in-process quality checks on products identify defects or deviations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols company guidelines and regulatory requirements including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maintain accurate production records including material usage output quantities downtime and quality control data.

Assist in the setup changeover and adjustment of production lines for different product specifications.

Handle and prepare raw materials intermediate products and finished goods for various stages of the manufacturing process including packaging and shipment.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work area contributing to 6S initiatives.

Collaborate effectively with team members supervisors and other departments (e.g. Quality Maintenance) to achieve production targets and resolve issues.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality.

Report any equipment malfunctions safety concerns or production anomalies to the supervisor promptly.
