Lead a team of engineers at Adobe to optimize the customer experience in Adobes Digital Experience division. Collaborate with Adobe Research and other business units to develop AI/MLpowered products that redefine audience creation journey optimization and personalization at scale.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers in developing AI/ML models and applications.
- Collaborate with Adobe Research product and engineering teams to define and complete ML strategies.
- Coordinate the design development and deployment of MLpowered applications ensuring standard methodologies in MLOps cloud deployment and system integration.
- Define technical roadmaps set priorities and guide the team in delivering highimpact ML solutions.
- Establish and drive standards for model quality data governance and performance optimization.
- Engage in the full product lifecyclearchitecture design deployment and production operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation experimentation and continuous learning within the team.
What You Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- MS or PhD in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in applied AI/ML including model development evaluation and deployment.
- 2 years of experience in leading or managing teams of ML engineers.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Experience in developing and growing products powered by machine learning and managing largescale data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python Scala Java SQL and ML frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or SparkML.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and drive alignment across teams.
- Excellent communication collaborator management and leadership skills.
- Experience working with both research and product teams to bring ML innovations to production.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
