Ansell is looking for an Assoc Specialist MarCom Fairs & Events to join our team in Krakow.
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting with the organization of physical trade fairs and events for the various divisions across Ansell within the EMEA region and the organization of webinars.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross functional teams (sales representatives PPM commercial unit teams digital team) and reporting to the Fairs and Events Manager you will have the opportunity to:
Physical events organization:
- Plan and execute some distributor and nondistributor events aligned with Marketing & Sales strategy; define goals and expectations with key stakeholders.
- Lead all logistics including venue catering entertainment guest management speakers and equipment ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate booth design and presentation with builders and the Creative team; explore innovative formats to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines legal insurance and HSE requirements.
- Manage event budgets staff needs and evening programs.
- Collaborate with external partners on Premium Package events.
- Partner with Digital Expert on lead capture tools and marketing automation setup.
- Provide onsite support for Premium Package events as needed.
Digital events organization:
- Support the organization of healthcare webinars including technical setup on ON24 and the use of Marketo for sending invitations and followup emails.
- Collaborate closely with the Healthcare Marketing team to coordinate invitations and finalize webinar content.
- Assist in creating dedicated event landing pages to support lead generation and reporting.
Budget control/followup of F&E budget
- Create purchase requisition in SAP for any orders required for events.
What will you bring to Ansell
- Demonstrated knowledge/ experience in marketing and similar role preferred ideally in B2B environment
- Strong drive for outcomes service excellence and identifying growth opportunities with a pragmatic problemsolving mindset.
- Experienced in Marketo ON24 CRM systems (SAP SFDC) MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Access) and Photoshop with solid IT literacy and a keen interest in new technologies.
- Ability to maintains high standards with a sharp eye for detail strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Engage well with internal and external stakeholders; a flexible team player who also thrives independently.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) culturally sensitive with additional European languages seen as an asset.
