The Platform Engineering Lead role will be responsible for leading a development team in the conception implementation and roll out of new solutions to meet the multidimensional needs of our customers enabling our businesses to pursue aggressive digital strategies.
What are we looking for
- University degree in the field of Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience with cloud engineering and/or software development
- Experience building and deploying services in the cloud
- Proficiency in multiple coding languages with a strong preference for handson technical experience
- Comfortable implementing both opensource frameworks and enterprise applications
- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach to building and maintaining highperforming teams
- Solid written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and senior leadership
- Lead a team of platform engineers in the delivery of everything from microservices architectures to global platform deployments
- Be accountable for team deliveries across a diverse portfolio of projects and stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
- Oversee the technical direction of projects from microservices architectures to global platform deployments
- Design and develop tools that enable our customers to build out more efficient scalable and advanced data and analytics solutions
- Interface with senior leadership and cross functional teams to articulate technical strategies
- Become a subject matter expert in new technologies introduced to the platform
- Leverage product management frameworks to flesh out business requirements

Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employees work schedule (i.e. parttime schedule store associate).
