About the Role
As Platform Delivery Manager youll lead the orchestration of delivery across Engineering Enablement squads ensuring strategic alignment asset health and value realisation. Youll work closely with Product Owners Scrum Masters and technical leaders to drive outcomes that support Suncorps digital transformation.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate delivery across multiple squads balancing scope time and quality to meet strategic goals
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs and define meaningful missions that drive performance
- Manage platform assets end-to-end including health security and contract oversight
- Lead quarterly planning and work breakdown activities to ensure delivery readiness
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to uplift maturity and align with best practices and guardrails
- Report on delivery status risks and dependencies ensuring transparency and timely escalation
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in project or technology leadership (3 years) with strong delivery planning skills
- Skilled in Agile PMBOK and SAFE methodologies with a pragmatic approach to change
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across technical and business domains
- Experience in DevOps Test Automation and Quality Engineering is highly desirable
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic improvements across platforms
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on outcomes
